Neat this is rich and intense, with chocolate, peanut brittle, dried figs, jaffa cake and a thickly textured mouthfeel. Adding water brings a zesty fruitiness into the foreground (orange cake, grapefruit jam, apple pie), with the richer caramel and nutty notes returning in the finish. Its great fun to play around and find your own perfect balance!
