Greystone Thomas Brothers Reserve Pinot Noir (Organic) Frogmore Creek and complexity of flavour –The palate is deep, savoury, and finely structured, with black cherry, dark plum, and wild strawberry giving a concentrated yet cooltoned entry. Acidity is bright and mineral, carrying that signature Waipara limestone tension. Tannins are fine, long, and chalkedged, offering real architecture without heaviness. A subtle line of forest floor, dried herb, black tea, and smoky spice adds layered complexity. The midpalate is silky, dense, and quietly
